The policies outlined below are applicable only for purchases made through our official website www.ecofriek.com. These policies do not apply to items bought from offline retail stores or third-party platforms.

REPLACEMENT, RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Replacement
Replacement of products may be considered under the following conditions:
- Products that are damaged in transit, if reported within 24 hours of delivery.
- Products delivered with less than 50% of shelf life remaining, if reported within 24 hours of delivery.
- Any quality-related issue, subject to assessment and approval by our internal quality control team.
Replacement will not be permitted in the following scenarios:
- Expired products
- Used or partially consumed products
Return
Products sold on www.ecofriek.com are generally delivered on a non-returnable basis. However, returns are allowed only in cases of incorrect or damaged product delivery.
Refund
Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:
- Confirmed quality issues
- Order cancellations initiated by Ecofriek
Refunds may be processed via:
- E-Vouchers/Gift Cards redeemable on future purchases at Ecofriek
- Direct bank transfer to the customer’s account (within 7–8 business days after product quality clearance)
- Refunds will not be issued to third-party bank accounts; the account holder’s name must match the customer’s name.
- No cash refunds will be processed for COD (Cash on Delivery) orders.
- Refunds will only be initiated after the returned item is physically received and verified. We are not liable for refunds if self-shipped returns are lost in transit.
Order Cancellation
Customers may request order cancellation within 2 hours of placing the order, during working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM.
To cancel an order, please call us at (+91) 7500726757 or email support@ecofriek.com. Once the order is fulfilled and dispatched, cancellation will no longer be possible.
